Directorial debut created for music artist Matongo.
For this project, I shot Matongo on a green screen with a single red light source to pre-bake color tones into the subject, helping him blend more naturally into the AI-generated environment.
I experimented with layering foreground and background elements to create a stronger sense of depth and further integrate Matongo into the scene.
The video follows Matongos inner journey as he faces emotions he can no longer ignore, caught between resistance and surrender. Each visual element symbolizes an emotion unfolding within him.
